第一个维度：美感度Creativity。

很多人都问我，为什么会选择美度感？其实在我不断研究的过程中发现，能够跨时代、跨地域、跨文化，把万千差异统和的东西只有一个——就是美。

我们常常说女性企业家有一个很重要的特征是传递美，商业因为女性而美丽，但是我请各位一定要记住，商业本身的价值就在于它足够美，真正能够影响历史和推动进步的产品一定是非常美的。我们想要统和万千的差异就必须得有能力，这个能力就是对美的感应能力。

所以从美的概念来讲，就要求我们有三方面的训练。

第一就是能审美。审美没有我们想象那么难，最重要的是你愿不愿意关注和体验，如果你愿意，这个美就能感受得到。第二是能不能有创意。苹果到底以什么来做创意？乔布斯曾说：“苹果要做的事情，其实也是产品要做的事情，那就是我们要克服什么，克服人类自己的弱点。”

乔布斯之所以要做出一个iPhone，是发现全世界不能用键盘输入的人远大于能用键盘输入的，所以他认为应该解决这一问题，甚至他把手机做成了一个智能终端。

他的理念就来源于克服人类自己的弱点，所以他觉得当你可以克服人类自己弱点的时候，你的新空间会变得越来越大，这是苹果的设计理念，也是乔布斯自己的理念。而我认为，创意的核心恰恰在这个地方，这是美构成的第二个部分。构成美的第三个部分是人文精神，我们为什么会觉得互联网非常不同？就是因为它更具人文性，而人文的核心概念是人，有人才有机会散发美的秉性，这个时候恰恰是美感度最重要的部分。

第二个维度：开放度Open-minded。开放度是什么？就是企业可不可以存续的最重要的条件，这是热力学的定理——你必须跟外界充分交流能量、物质和信息的时候，才可以得以存在和发展。如果不能与外界充分交流能量、信息、物质的时候，没办法永续化存在。我们对于企业领导的要求也是一样的，你必须要从这个角度去做才可以做得到。我常常跟大家讲一个例子，我自己去敦煌，第一次给我印象最深的是玉门关。如果你不懂得什么叫做封闭和开放，你走到玉门关就一定会懂，敦煌原来是丝绸之路，闭关之后变成荒芜之地，这就是封闭的代价。所以我希望领导人开放，可以交换能量、信息、物质，这就是我们对领导人面向未来的第二个要求，你不能没有存续的可能性。

第三个维度：内定力Dedication。其实今天是更强调内定力的。我前面说过外面是“动”的，你就应该“定”，因为只有你有足够“定”才可以真正和外面的“动”合作，“动、静”之间不是对立而是融合。其实当你内在力量足够的时候，你对“动”的包容性也是更强的，所以我们要求企业家具备的第三个维度是内定力。那我们怎么做到内定力？就有三个最重要的安排。第一，你一定要有相信的力量。我特别喜欢泰戈尔的诗，后来我看马云也常常引用，泰戈尔说爱情是因为相信所以看见，爱情并不是因为看见所以相信。其实这就是相信的力量，你的定力就是要来源于相信。内定力来自于长期主义，长期主义就是你一定要有普适的价值，普适价值可以穿越周期、抗波动，所以商业并没有终点，只要人们希望有爱、只要你能传达爱，商业就会一直在。所以我一直认为商业真正的驱动力量是人们对生活的向往，问题是你是否对他的生活推动、让他的生活更美好。这个就叫长期主义。最后就是你一定要坚持，这是第三。

第四个维度：同理心Empathy。为什么我们今天一定要有同理心？我想有一件事情大家一定要接受，就是今天的值观正变得越来越多元。我现在教的学生是“00后”，我在课堂上提出一个问题——“金钱是不是最有激励的效果”？结果这群学生的回答我从业二十多年第一次听到，他们说“那要看看我爽不爽，给我再多，如果我做的不爽也没用；给我很少，让我很爽，金钱也有用。”所以我在讲这个课之后就得了更新的答案，——真正的绩效是取决于领导人与员工彼此信任的，不仅仅来自于员工能力，一定要记住这个。即使他再有能力，跟你没有信任的时候，是不会产生绩效的。那么怎么能建立信任？一定是同理心。其实我们绝大多数是缺乏同理心的。比如说你能不能尊重差异？就讲你跟你孩子之间，你可不可以尊重他的差异？我记得我女儿上中学的时候，一米五几的个子突然要买一米八零的衣服，而且全校的学生都这么买，因为哈韩，弄得很多家长都很紧张。我说我不紧张，再过一段时间恢复正常，结果下学期一米五的孩子全部买了一米三的衣服，全变小了。你如果不尊重差异，你就会觉得他逆反，为什么只有中国的家长常常遭遇逆反？就是因为不尊重差异、缺乏同理心。

第五个维度：思辩力Sagacity。当今社会对大家有一个非常重要的要求，就是要处理复杂性。你要能够跟别人对话，真正地去达成共识、但是你又不人云亦云，其实这个对你挑战是最大的，思辨力就是做这件事情。我们讲互联网企业拥有非常强的互联网基因，如果你是实体企业，你没有这些基因，那你应该如何思辨？我想你应该把你的产业价值做到最好，那么互联网一定会来追赶你，你着什么急？我跟很多人讲过，做制造企业没关系，只要认真把传统做到最好、别人不可替代，不就没事了？所以不要被波动的大环境所影响。那我们怎么得到这个思辨力？我提出来要在四个方面要训练。第一是你得找到真问题。我觉得大家太忙了，忙到没有办法思辨。我特别反对碎片化学习，尤其反对开车的时候还在听我的课，你开车你就认真开车，你还听我的课，万一你撞了别人怎么办？学习是最重要的，但是你在什么情景下学、如何学？这就是一个真问题。我一直认为各位是虚假繁忙的，虚假的原因是什么？是你不去解决真问题，所以这是我们想要锻炼思辨力的第一个训练部分。

第二是我们的思辨力一定要能平衡冲突，跟更大范围的利益去整合，而不是谁输谁赢，如果你有输赢的概念，就绝对不能整合最大的利益，毕竟输与赢对谁都没有好处，所以这就是我们讲的思辨力。接下来就是你是不是真的能跟人家对话？跟人能真正对话，就一定要找到双方共同的语境。教授跟企业家谈话的时候语境就是不一样的。最后一个是能不能把复杂问题简单化，称之为概念化能力。以前人家问我既当教授又当总裁区别是什么？我告诉他，如果当教授，一句话变八句话，简单问题复杂化。总裁是反过来的，八句话变成一句话，复杂问题简单化，因为要执行，你要讲这个概念。实际上在今天，我们真正要做的事情是去不断培养自己的团队能够面向未来。我曾请北京大学的心理学老师把这个五个维度变成了测试题，目前的样本已有五、六万人，结果我们发现：职位越高的人，美感度的得分最低；而在不考虑年龄段的情况下，职位越高的人，开放度的得分也越低。为什么我对这个特别在意？我想以这句话作为结尾：领导技能在今天来讲并不仅仅属于领导人，而是每个成员都必须具备的。所以我也很希望，不管环境如何变化、未来如何发展，找到自己的价值，机会就是你的。所以，我期待我们都有能力面向未来。
