2019年10月19日，陈春花教授在“双创2.0时代的产业互联网：风口与创变”活动中做了主题为“拓展认知与能力”的演讲。双创2.0时代，商业生态发生了什么剧变？创业者应该拓展什么样的新认知与新能力？

（1）想成为领导者，首先要能管理自己

无论是创业还是创新，从学术来讲，都和两个问题有关系：一个是怎么认知这个世界和机会，另外一个是怎么理解你的能力。

我本人是做组织管理研究的。我们在组织管理研究中特别关心一组人——领导者。因为领导者决定了整个组织的效率等很多东西，我们能不能真正地成长，就取决于要不要把自己变成一个领导者。

可真正成为领导者的并不多，原因何在？就是因为如果想成为一个领导者，首先得先管理自己，先成为自己的领导者。当你能管理好自己后，真的可以完成很多你认为不能完成的事情。

我小时候看《西游记》的时候喜欢孙悟空，因为他什么事情都能做到。后来大一点我喜欢猪八戒，因为我觉得他比较幸福。反而我觉得唐僧很懦弱，遇到问题就在那儿念念经，好像什么问题都没有办法解决。但是当我真的来到阿育王寺，走上玄奘走过的那条路，我才真正理解什么叫“玄奘精神”。这样一个人，影响了整个人类，影响从古至今。他的智慧的达成，首先是管理了他自己。

（2）如何拓展认知？

《西游记》中有九九八十一难，现实中的玄奘所遇到的磨难比《西游记》中的难得多。最难的也是让我特别震撼的一件事情是，他放下了。佛教最高的位置是需要通过辩经达到的，当时各国佛教最高领袖跟他辩，辩了几天几夜，他赢了。他已经到了这个领域最高的位置，当时他穿过的草鞋都被信徒拿来供奉和亲吻，但是他却放下了这些，他说：“我必须走回去，那是我最初走出来的原因。”

他为什么做得到？因为他对所有的挑战，无论身外还是身内，无论外界给予的还是内心的，都有一个认知能力，这个认知能力可以让他接受所有的挑战。

所以，认知挑战是第一步，其次是解决挑战的能力。当我们去创业，当我们进行人生选择的时候，这两部分要先修炼一下。

1.在认知部分，我们到底应该怎么去做？

这个部分其实是我们内在对自己的一种训练。这个训练最重要的是你能否依赖你拥有的各种知识，在对外部的世界具有看法之后，综合地完成你个人的努力。

你一定要有一个心理条件——你把所有的东西组合起来之后，能成功地完成活动。有时，我们想到很多东西，学到很多东西，但是无法把它组合起来，最后无法将这件事情做完，这就是认知不够。

我以前还没有花那么多心思去琢磨认知到底是什么，但是当我陆续理解玄奘之后，我明白为什么这样一个人可以接受这么多在我们看来根本不可能完成的挑战。比如他当时走的时候，禁止他出关的指令到达所有关口，所以他必须得悄悄地跑。有一次他竟然遭遇射箭手，将他唯一的水囊射破了，他就没水了。大家知道，在沙漠里面没水是多么恐怖的事情，但是他依然往前走，其实就是有他自己内在的态度。他对这些挑战的认知是完全充分的，所以对他来说，这些都可以扛过去。

2.认知的能力到底是怎么构成的？

美国心理学家加涅提出了5种认知能力，有了这五种能力，才可以安然地和环境相处。

西西弗斯是希腊神话中的一个著名人物，他每天推大石头上山，快到山顶时石头落下来，然后继续推。这对他是一种惩罚。后来他认了，这就是他的命，别的都不用想。于是他得以安然地跟这样的挣扎相处，不再被这个挣扎伤害。

这个故事的寓意是：在人生当中有很多事情是无能为力的，但你还是能够有所作为。就是说，你能和“无能为力”和平相处，你和环境的关系就会很好。这是我们需要从人类古典智慧当中学到的一件事，命运有不可抗的部分，但当你知道如何与它安然相处，你也就掌握了你的命运。这就是认知。

（3）数字化和技术给认知带来六大变化

今天，数字化和技术给认知带来了非常大的挑战，我们的认知要改变。现在认知有六个变化。

第一，一切正转化为数据。今天吃饭也受数据影响，比如你本来很想去某一家餐厅吃饭，但是你打开大众点评，它就给你推荐，你原来想吃的东西你可能就放弃了，你会接受它给你的推荐，接受了之后你发现没有任何问题，这个推荐非常可靠，之后你就基本上依赖于它。今天所有的东西都在转化为数据，那么你认知世界的方法其实是在变化。

第二，联接比拥有更重要。重要的是能不能跟更多人做联接，而不是讨论你拥有什么东西。

第三，可信与开放协同是关键。也就是我这本新书《协同》的核心，要开放和协同，以及建立契约的信任。

第四，从“竞争逻辑”转向“共生逻辑”。比如，在农业里最难的不是终端，虽然我们在终端的需求是非常旺盛的，最难的实际上是供应链上农业、农村、农民这一端。能不能让这一端真正地得到整个产业的价值和商业的价值？这就是共生逻辑，共生逻辑一旦做成，我相信达到万亿市值就指日可待了。这个认知改变就是能不能跟更多人共生，如果可以就做得到。

第五，顾客主义。关键是真正给顾客创造价值。

第六，长期主义。要在不确定性中确定。

（4）如何打造能力？

有了认知之后，也得有能力的变化，因为光有认知没有能力，我们是不能求得结果的。所以我们就要了解怎么去打造能力。

1.能力是因为需要而形成

一位在组织学研究中比较重要的学者克里斯·阿吉里斯，他最初对我的帮助是对“能力”下的定义：“能力是因为需要而形成的。”

这是一个非常好的定义。大家千万不要认为你能力不够，如果你认为你能力不够，就说明你根本没有多大的需要。

能力是什么？克里斯·阿吉里斯说：“能力是你跟环境之间架的一座桥梁，这个桥梁是实现的一个途径。”

我常常跟学生说：“你去做这个事吧。”他说：“陈老师，我的能力不足。”我说：“这个跟你的能力没有多大关系，跟你的意愿有很大的关系，也就是你有这个需要，其实你的能力就会有很大的变化。”

有人说：“我也像你这样写这么多书，可以吗？”我问：“你到现在为止写过吗？”对方回答说：“没写过，也许我没有能力写书。”我说：“一本书至少10万字，你有出书的愿望的话，你就每天先写两个字，天天写。你要是发现时间太长，想缩短时间，那就每天二十个字，再一算还是太长，那就每天两百个字。如果还写不出来，你就天天拜访徐小平老师，每天记两百个字，然后出一本《徐小平老师语录》，记录人写你的名字，印在封面上，这书不就出了吗？这就是能力，怎么能说你写不了书呢？写书这件事情就跟我们做别的事情一样，就看你有没有这个需要，你有需求就会形成能力。”

2.能力的核心在于动态性的能力

欧内斯特·贡德林认为，能力就是一种特征，这个特征“能带来较高的或更有效的工作绩效”。

这样一个特征为何能够产生效果？原因是能力可分为两种：一是稳定性能力，二是动态性能力。也就是说，确实有人是有天赋的，这个我们要同意，这是稳定性的部分。像范老师对所有的话题可以很快知道应该用什么方式表达，这就是天赋了。像我们没有这个天赋，我们可能做好准备讲什么，但来到现场如果想调整也调不过来。

但是能力的核心不在于稳定性的能力，而在于动态性的能力。动态能力是后天的，也就是说你能够习得的技术叫动态性能力。所以我在研究这个理论的时候，给了我很多的信心。原因就在于：天赋有多少没有关系，天赋多一点少一点也没有关系，因为能力更大的一块是动态的，动态的能力是后天习得的。

3.能力的三大内涵

我给能力下的定义是，能力有三个内涵：

第一，能力是一种可能性。所以你千万不要认为你的能力有边界，你的能力真的会超乎你的想象。我常常跟很多的年轻人说，不要先给自己下那么多定语，也不要给自己那么多框框，年轻唯一的资本就是时间，有时间之后就有无限的可能，所以要给自己耐心，有耐心就能做成事情，不用担心其他东西。

第二，能力是知行合一。能力是通过做来体现的，如果不做，没人知道你有什么能力，连你自己也不知道。我个人有一个理念——手比头高，也就是说你的手决定你的高度，而不是你的脑袋决定你的高度。这意味着你的行动、你的能力都是通过行动去体现。你只要去做，肯定就会有能力。这也是我鼓励大家的，你真的可以不断去创业，哪怕失败了，行业拥有的经验依然可以让你成功，依然可以让你不断地找到新的机会。如果你不去创业，不去行动，你就不知道这个行业或者这个市场真正的价值是什么。

第三，能力是韧性和速度。什么叫韧性和速度？就是你要不断地推动自己向前走，你停留下来了，能力也就停留下来了。你不坚持，能力也会失去。

我给大家的可能不是一个理论的定义，我想告诉各位，能力本身其实就是一个实践的过程，你努力去实践了，就可以体验这个概念给你的帮助。

（5）相信能力，你就会看见它

首先，为什么你今天一定要学习？因为今天是一个巨变的时代，我们遇到最大挑战是你熟悉的世界不在了，当你熟悉的世界不在的时候，你就一定要不断学习。

其次，今天对领导者的要求其实是有改变的。在新的未来领导力模型当中，第一个维度就是美感度，所以我们学过人文、艺术的人，在未来机会更大。因为美是能够统合差异化的，如果你不了解美，未来是很难有领导力的。

我谈这个的意思是说，未来的领导者不是专指某一个角色，而是每一个人都要成为领导者，你最重要的就是现在要不要改变自己。这是我给大家的一个建议。

最后就用泰戈尔说爱情的那句话结尾。泰戈尔说：什么是爱情？爱情是因为相信，所以看见，不是因为看见，所以相信。我相信能力也是这样，你相信，你就会看见它。
